Jobless single mother of a daughter looking for case transfer

I don’t the actual process of case transfer if am jobless . Then how will that happen??
kindly elaborate your problem for specific advice. u can get case transferred within a state by High court and in between states by Supreme court. u can claim maintenance under section 125 Cr.P.C. under the domestic violence Act as well as under section 24 HMA
