It's been 8yrs of my case in court for divorce. Initially I wanted to be as family I tried all ways to be united but my husband is mother's son who never listen to me and depended on his parent and my inlaws abuse me alot and my child. Twice DNA test is done on my child one in court premises still asking for 3rd DNA test. How to take action against him for child abuse

I understand your questions. so now your divorce case going in in court from past 8years but till it is not on end and you want your husband but your inlaws avoid your husband to contact to you and he is not listening your words he is always he is depending parents . so he is asking the court to DNA testing for your kid 3times is going on right so once you took the DNA test you take action against him criminal action it is possible so thanks for asking questions
