It's been 4 years since marriage and have 3 year baby boy[Hindu religion]. My wife is 'self centered and very dominating nature' and will always try to find reasons to fight and argue. she will argue like anything and create nuisance around the house & In front people she acts like I beaten her up asking for dowry and not looking after her well. She tortured my parents like anything & made them to left their own house & now my parents are staying in rented house. Even after all these, she scolds our entire family & if I question this, she will call her parents and relatives, They will come and beat me up & gave life threat to me and my parents. Police too not taking the complaint as my wife family having high influence at local area. can't tolerate this torture & decided for divorce. The problem here aren1.She don't want divorce.2.Me, wife & my kid are staying together in my father's house & she refuse to vacate & saying she will file DV & dowry & get resident right.
