It's been 1& half year to my marriage and my husband and his family physically tortured me and deserted me when I was pregnant and he deserted me in 7th month of my marriage with intensions of getting some money from my parents. It's been a year I'm living with my parents. A lot of argument, fights has happened and now my husband and in laws don't want me to be in there house but also they don't have intensions for final settlement. They are planning for his second marriage. My husband has filed section9 when I seek help from CAW cell. He just lied there to be with me. I went to my matrimonial house through court and CAW cell but he still not living with me. Now I filed DV against him. Now my in laws filed fake missing complaint of my husband and told that he has also resigned his job from IT company. Now I understand he's not good person to be with. n Now how can I get divorce and alimony as soon as possible?n Is there any way I can get his employment details from his IT company?

You have already filed a case under sections of protection of women from domestic violence Act and therefore it is imperative for you to contest it. If he is employed with a private company then it is difficult to get employment details from the company however you may write through a counsel to the company
