Is It Mandatory To Attend Each Hearing For Contested Divorce if I am petitioner. In which important hearing i need to present.
It is not mandatory to attend all hearing. However in family Court parties presence is insisted. While filing evidence, presence is mandatory. Straight forward answer cannot be given. It depends on which stage the case is.
