It is just going to be one year of marriage but we couldn't establish a understanding relationship,just superficial .wife has no emotion towards me and always demanding and need all the attention.Also don't put any effort to know me while victimising herself and putting all blame on me behind my back.Her family has been manipulating our relationship from beginning.i want a separation,how do you approach this case? p.s I have not taken any dowry from them and contributing all the household expens

Well, if your relationship is not going well, come for counseling. If things won't work out between the two of you, then, you have to give Divorce to her. If she becomes ready, you will go for Mutual Divorce , if not, then you will file for Unilateral Divorce.
