Legal notice to my wife for divorce,seeking divorce due to her cruelty against my mother and me ,daily quarrel for silly reasons,she is physically abusing both of us and verbally insulted always threatening about dowry act,she use to beaten me also while I am a handicap and weaken in physical syrengh

Before filing a divorce case we can issue legal notice to your wife for mutual divorce. If she agrees you can easily come out of this relationship through a mutual divorce petition. If you need my help for issue notice please contact me for further steps

In your case we have send a legal as soon as possible. You should make your mother file criminal case against your spouse. There are a lot of other ways to solve your dispute . you must prove to the court that the other spouse’s behavior has made it impossible or unsafe for you to continue the marriage.
