Issue with father-in-law and Wife denying to stay with me

My wife went to police station to give a false report against me saying I tortured her for dowry so she wanted to separate. we have 5 months old child. They sent us to counselling and there my wife deleted my watsapp chat in my phone as I have man proofs that prove I am innocent. Can I do anything with this behavior? will that not come under erasing the evidence? Can I know all my rights now with this context? what all I can do to prove I am innocent and steps in detail?

hi if you want to stay with your wife then you could file petition for restitution of conjugal rights and for sèeing baby you could file custody petition and for visitation rights and also if you dont want to stay with her then you could file for divprce
