Issue regarding my brother's marriage seperation

Currently my brother and his wife is in newzealand. They are living seperately and he informed to immigration that they are seperated because he was trying for residence visa. But legally they are not seperated. Now my brother wants to visit India. Our question is can she file any complaints regarding abuse in India by staying in newzealand?? If so, will that affect his return??

Yes. She can file complaints against your brother before courts in india through power of attorney holder. But in my opinion that wont affect his travel to india. If she is filing complaints in newzeland then your brother will be subject to the laws of newzealand

yes she can initiate litigations before the concerned courts having jurisdiction through a power of attorney holder. but that might not affect his travel if the allegations are not serious. otherwise you would have to obtain permissions from court for returning
