Issue and documents submitted in family court for divorce case । I am

I have show w/s in the court for divorce now status is issue and documents my question is that on the day who submitted issue and documents respondent yea petitioner ।

it the court who frame issue about the dispute between both parties, there after court fixed another date for affidavit of petitioner and after cross examination by the respondent counsel the court fixed another date for affidavit of respondent

In civil matters oth petitioner and respondent are required to submit their draft issue on the date fixed for issue and documents relating to their case. Some time court has prepared their issues as per own wishes.
