Hello sir, I borrowed 3 lakhs from a relative agreeing to pay 15 percent interest per month. We had made this agreement on a stamped paper in 1 Dec 2012. Till now I have paid him total 16 lacs some in cash some into his account. Now he has threatened that I owe him 26 lacs which I need to pay immediately else I will have to pay 30000 every month forever. My father is in jail because of someones false statement ..police imposed ipc section 307 on him . ..the other party made false injury report ... A recent supreme court judgement has given about the marriage daughter property. But in Assam and Bengal the said judgement is not valid. In Assam the married woman have a right over the inheritance property of her Father.
