Is unnatural sexual abuse by husband considered illegal

I i got married and my husband could not have intercourse due to back pain and he would ask me open my clothes and beat and hit me on my genaitals and ask me mastrubate in front of him Is this considered as unnatural sex and under what act can I book him. He would twist and turn my hands if I did not cooperate with him. how to save myself from him?
Forcing for unnatural sex is an offence. You can file a criminal case against him with the help of a lawyers. And how long you got married to this person. At this situation you have to decide whether you want continue with him or not.

You can file a case against your husband under section 377 of Indian penal code by complaining against your husband in the police station or in the family court.
Filing the case in the family court is most recommended as it is a case of unnatural sex.
You are also eligible to complain to the court under Domestic violence as unnatural sex tantamounts to cruelty and court will be inclined to grant you protection orders for residence and maintenance while the court proceedings are initiated.
