is TR.CMP is always in favor of woman. 10 years old child under Husband custody and child will be suffered to travel along with husband when case is transferred to woman location. it will be 2 to 3 days of travel and child education will be impacted. Wife got illegal affair and during separation she told that that illegal husband won't allow to remarriage with child and gave written statement. Husband applied divorce for legal clearance but now wife putting vakklathu and TR.CMP after 3 years.

Unfortunately, when it comes to transfer of the case is concerned it is blindly in favour of the wife. But you seem to have a good case and you can get along with the case and fight it out. The husband need not attend each and every hearing.
