Sir, you have asked everything, ok firstly maintenance is granted to persons who are unable to maintain themselves, further the maintenance is granted on basis of your income, the other liabilities and responsibilities, the income of your wife if any, your standard of living etc, regarding children also the court takes into account their education expenses, and other things and then grants maintenance based on evidence before it, further if you want divorce then you have to file case for divorce on ground of cruelty and prove it, wife and family threatening you also amounts to cruelty, further if she marries someone after divorce she will not get any maintenance from you she can claim from her new husband, it is advised that you take your kids and file a case stating that the kids are with you and then file a case for divorce stating that the kids are in your custody let your wife fight the case for taking custody from you, further kids below 5 years the custody is given normally to the mother. if you file for divorce by keeping the custody of child then she cannot claim maintenance for children and can claim maintenance for herself only so file case for divorce on ground of cruelty.

Dear friend,
Your anger and frustration can be well understood from your query, but as it is Indian law, nothing is fixed, it all depends from case to case, then how ur Advocate contest, and many other factors hence only procedure at this stage can be explained I'm your query ,better I suggest that you can call up our office and have a personal talk or have appointments to better deal with your legal aspects as any suggestions might be dangerous in legal given without any look over case and material.
