Is there a way to get stay on the maintenance case? until the DVC

Hi My wife filed cases across states (AP 498, TS DVC/Main)nIn TS after we filed the counter magistrate passed orders 8k to pay 8k monthly maintnI am keep asking how/why DVC is not started or any enquiry is not initiated on her petition how simply passed the orders for MainnI am asking her to come home, she is refused, that is her problem, Is there a way to get stay in maintenance where magistrate passed orders?

Conjugal Rights Restitution is a legal entitlement that is based on Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act. The aggrieved party may apply to the district court for restitution of conjugal rights if the husband or wife is withdrawn from the other partner's company without valid.
