What to do if Husband is not accepting Khulla from Woman's side. And how to initiate Khulla from Women side , on a Stamp paper or ordinary paper .
if Muslim wife is willing to give divorce then she will send an application to the Quazi wherein she stated the reason for divorce. The Quazi after receipt of this application summon the husband of this Muslim lady and try to mediate and solve the problems and dispute. if husband is not willing to solve the dispute or not come forward on summon the divorce will be granted.
