Hi,
Need to know is SLP valid filled after 5 Months of divorce decree? However, husband got already remarried post completed 90 days of appeal limitation period .
The SLP after 5 months can be considered, but it depends on the Court's discretion to condone the delay. Means Now also u can approach court if you have sufficient cause.
The remarriage after 90 days is valid unless there was a stay or an appeal already filed within the limitation period.
