Is Mubarat Divorce Valid In Court?.

23-Jul-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My wife has left me. She didn't say any reason. Then filed a case claiming I am impotent. With medical reports I have proved that I am potent. Now the wife just withdrew the case and asked for a Mubarat divorce by Islamic law. Is it valid in court ? , If I agreed for a Mubarat divorce do I have to give anything to the wife?. It's not fair if that's the case. Because she has failed the case against me. She is leaving without stating any proper reason. She doesn't say either. Also she filed a false case and later withdrew.

Dear Sir, You may get issue a legal notice against your wife since she without any basis alleged that you are impotent. She has to file a Divorce case but success of the case is very difficult. You may marry for second time and continue your married life with your second wife.
