Is Marriage Possible While a divorce Case Pending?

I want to know that there is a divorce case pending where the party is not appearing in any hearings. The boy has filed the case against the girl. Now she hasn't appeared in any hearing and wanting to get the case xfered yo her home town Pratapgarh. The girl doesn't want to come back nor give divorce. can the boy get married if he is getting some girl to..? He wants to get married to amuslim girl
Helo,in Hindu law ,there are not any provision to get married before divorced by your frist marriage.if you did the same then marriage would be nul n void and you will be the culprit of sec 494 of IPC .if you want to marry a Muslim girl then you will have to change your religion Hindu to Muslim.then you can marry.for more information contact me.thnx
