Is it possible to file Review petition in high court on divorce

Husband had married illegally(Jan 5 2022) when divorce appeal case was filed in supreme court and later appeal case was dismissed(Aug 26 2022) from supreme court and later child born in illegal marriage on feb 2023. At this moment is it possible to file review petition in high court. And what might happen after that because none of the proofs against husband was able to produce in lower court against husband allegation (Mental cruelty by Wife). From husband side my email messages was proof to prove cruelty

Weather 3 months had passed after divorce decree the husband got married ? who filed appeal in Supreme Court. ? you cannot file review petition in High Court after vismissal off case ine Supreme Court.
