Is it legal to marry a married women

Hi I already mentioned the details in my subject I need a information that weather I can marry a married women but she s non divorce she was force fully married and she doesn't like the married life with him now she is loving me and she need me as her life partner can i marry her without divorce
A married person cannot remarry unless she/he obtains divorce from earlier marriage. The offence is called Bigamy and is punishable. In your case, if her husband finds out then he can file a case for Bigamy. I recommend obtaining a divorce first.

No you cant unless the decree for divorce. Ask here to take divorce and to proceed. Simple believing on her say or approaching your goal without the legal procedure it may harm you in future.

Just understand what will her husband do if you marry his wife ? Or what the society , her relatives do? keep quite,? Unfortunately our Law and society are not made that way to accept what you are intending to do. She ahs to take a divorce before marrying you.
