Is Husband can file quash petition at HC, When wife files false DVC?

Hi Sir/Madam, Need assistance on false DVC case Wife files a false DVC(inc 8 mem), then filed maintenance, local magistrate is warning/shouting me will send you Jail if you don`t pay money. Actually whatever she mention in DVC, that is completely false. even I am keep asking to put an enquiry, but magistrate is not considering he is looking only one side paper. I would like to reach out HC to file Quash the DVC and ready for any kind of enquiry if required. looking for on-record HC lawyer ASAP

you can call me, I'm doing practice in lower Courts as well as in high court. have to see the papers what ever she had mentioned in the dvc case . on how many people are implicated in the case? you can talk to me for clear understanding of the case facts.
