Is Homo-sexual marriage legal in india?

My question is very simple. Is homo-sexual marriages legal and authorised in India? If not, then is there any ongoing case or dispute for changement in this matter?
Cruelty which is a ground for dissolution of marriage may be defined as wilful and unjustifiable conduct of such character as to cause danger to life, limb or health, bodily or mental, or as to give rise to a reasonable apprehension of such a danger

On 6 September 2018, the Supreme Court issued its verdict. The Court unanimously ruled that Section 377 is unconstitutional as it infringed on the fundamental rights of autonomy, intimacy, and identity, thus legalising homosexuality in India and all marriage happening between LGBTQ Community.
