Is foreign marriage certificate valid in India

I married USA citizen in India, but on her request (she planned) I registered marriage in USA. when I was in USA, due to her parents we had dispute & she put domestic violence case (minor case of fine 500 USD). I came back India. Now on basis of that DV case, she has made the marriage null and void without informing me by giving citation in local newspaper. Q1) What are my rights in India now. Q2) Can she marry again. Q3) Is foreign marriage certificate applicable in India , I have photographs of Indian Marriage and USA marriage Q4) How can i stop her from re-marrying.

if the divorce has been granted, then you need to challenge that decree in USA. the divorce decree granted is valid in india, and so she can remarry. you cannot stop her from remarrying unless the divorce decree is set aside.
