Is the final judgement copy available online is same as the divorce decree. Should I need to apply for divorce decree

Online only you will get copy of judgement and you will get the copy of decree. So you should apply for court certified copies of judgement and decree. As it will always be good that you should have physical certified copies within your custody for any future twists.

Hello! Decree of Divorce and Judgment of Divorce both are different things and have different importance. You are required to obtain decree of divorce. plz go for it. Decree properly determine rights and liabilities of both parties. Judgment is statement of judge which shows whether relief you wanted to get is accepted or rejected. Judgment is not enforceable. But if you want other party to perform certain things ordered by judge you are required to obtain decree and execute the same. Judgment contains ground for decree means on which ground parties are liable or entitle to certain rights and remedies. so in answer to your query I say judgment and decree are two different things and of equal importance, therefore, you should obtain the same from the court by filing an application.
