Is domestic violence and dowry demand same

I had complained to women counselling center about my husband and his family for mentally and physically abusing me during my pregnancy and asked me to leave in law home in 6th month of my pregnancy to my parental home. Later after delivery my husband was asking to see the child but I had told him to solve the problem first and then to see the child. He was not interested to solve the problem and he is listening to lawyer and said he has all rights to see the baby and he didn't compromise

Dear Madam, You may immediately file Domestic Violence case, 498A case and also maintenance case to bring your husband to the terms. All Indian Laws are in favour of married women. If you do not do like that then the husband never compromise with you and go on torturing you.
