Is divorce taken in U.S.A valid in India

My sister is taking divorce in US. My question is whether that divorce valid in India or not. Is there any procedure to validate the divorce in India.
If the marriage is taken place in u.s
You can got divorce under u.s law only
If marriage is taken inIndia divorce applicable in india only.
If you got divorced by u.s law .after ward's you be came Indian citizen
You submitted that u.s divorced decree then you married any body with your willing there is no problem at all

If it is a contested decree , it is valid one in India and it can be executable in India. As per secton 14 of the CPS the foreign decree is a valid one, if it is fulfill the contitons stated there in.
