An agreement on stamp paper to divorce and other subsequent, inciliary conditions will not assure you a legal divorce. Although it would legally validate the conditions the parties are agreeing and submitting to.
The parties would have to apply to the concerned family court under the respective law for mutual divorce and the agreement on stamp paper can act as a governing agreement.
