Is divorce necessary if only got married in a temple?

Sir I have been married last December with mine and husband wish in a temple.so I need to know z it necessary to take divorce ?
This is not a matter of divorce.Temple marriage is not valid marriage, however if you have enough proof of your both company in the society then it is better to get a decree of annulment of marriage from a court of laws.

yes it is cumpulsory to take divorce from the court because as per hindu marriage act saptapadi is complete and hence you both are married detailed discussion is cumpulsory, any wrong action can land you in trouble.

If you have preferred to be separated then you did not declare about your marital status i.e. whether you have any child or not or in future .If the answer be positive then you have to take divorce legally otherwise not required.
