Is divorce granted if wife in a psychotic patient

My wife is a phycho patient, which I found after few months of marriage. My marriage is 13+ yrs but still she is dependent on medicines. Can I file a case of divorce and claim for mental torchure?
आप कह रहे हैं कि आपको अपनी पत्नी की दीमागी बीमारी के विषय में विवाह के कुछ माह बाद ही चल गया था , तो फिर यह बात समझ से बाहर है कि आप 13 साल तक क्या करते रहे ?

According to Hindu marriage act 1955, you can file the Case of fraud,, under section 13, and you have options to divorced,, and if you have medical mentally patient that,, is your wife is mentally sick ..
So ,,you can easily be divorced... But you Will have to pay..a definate monthly income for lifetime.... But you have to ,,share 1/3 ( one-third) part of your total income..

From your problem it is not clear as to which religion you belong. If you are Hindu/ Sikh/ Jain then there is provision under section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act to get divorce in case your wife is Psycho patient and unable to perform the her duties as a wife.
In Muslim law you have to seek for termination of marriage by filing suit on the said ground before the competent court of law. But certainly you can file a divorce petition for termination of marriage on the ground that your wife is psychotic patient.
