Is divorce a solution and who will be the custdian of my daughter

Have a girl' child in 5 yrs.mattied 6 yrs ago.husband lost all money in shares and online games .now he is with full of debts.if i divorce will he be able to pay me ...in whoz custody my girl will be .we have helped him to come out of debts .but still he didn't recover.

turn the father of the natural guardian of the children until 5 years mother is a pure Guardian for the child and after 5 years also the court will decide whether the guardianship can be transferred to mother or father it is only the code to decide mother can continue to the guardianship
