Is dating or chatting with other women after filing divorce punishable

I have filed divorce U/S- 13 of H.M Act against my wife after 1.5 years separation. Now at this moment if I am moving around with any other woman, can it be a punishable offence? Moving around means chatting, dating etc. How to proceed with divorce?
Yes, it is an offense. Until you are separated legally, if you found with any relationship with an women other then a wife, then it is publishable and it may result great legal hardship to your future and the present case.
Till the marriage cannot be dissolved it is presumed that the relationship is continued. Please don't do such activities.
