Is call recordings a valid evidence

I have recorded calls from husband as I was subjected to domestic violence all call recordings shows conversations of extreme verbal abuse accepted he bet me through out marriage also accepted his affair with women and sleeping with sex workers and texting brothel agents also he asked money. In one recording he said he knows I recorded conversation and shouted that this is not acceptable in court. The recordings are continuous 3 months calls. Is these recordings a valid evidence enoughin court?

you must produce the cell phone which is the source you recorded the conversation between your husband and third party ho to only accept when you produce the source material that is the telephone under electronic Evidence Act if you have the copy of the message texted and conversation by your husband you can't file the documents and also ask the court to produce bhai your husband

Call recordings are usually not a valid digital evidence in court, as they have been recorded without consent. However, if you say that the other party was aware that the call was recorded, and still he chose to speak. Then, it may be used as a valid digital evidence.
