Is a cohabitation agreement valid? Is it similar to a marriage?

08-Jul-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My partner(Non-Indian) and I would like to make some contracts to be faithful to each other before our marriage. We are willing to sign a cohabitation agreement to have a faithful, loving relationship like a marriage with some legal benefits, before marriage. We would like to know the laws, amendments, regarding cohabitation, no-cheating contracts, contracts that a couple can have, legal security, validity of cohabitation agreements. Do we have to physically be together for this?

There is no agreement like cohabitation agreement. There is no related too as well. Is there any sexual relationship with other person based on marriage promise, that person break the promise, then it will punishable by the way.
