My divorce case is pending at supreme court for transfer.Can I filed application under 142 on basis of irretrovocable breakdown of marriage.Mediation happened in supreme court but it failed
That doesn't affect in any means if your divorce transfer petition is pending or mediation failed. Yes, the Ho'nble Supreme Court, can grant Divorce under article 142 of the constitution, depending upon the facts & circumstances of the case.
