IPC section 313 is misused by my sister in law

my sister in law is using this law and misleading the laws and wanted to get arrested her husband by hook or crook because of personal issues but the man (husband) is innocent. please help us and guide us what to do in this case.

as you are saying tht ur husband is innocent and her sister in law in law willing to arrest ur husband at any cost by hook or by crool she is just wiiling to arrest yr husband if this id the condition .then in this matter we can help u and ur husband will not get arrested.at all his arrest can be prevented.no need of getting tensed but y need a good criminal advocate.
