IPC 34, 498A, 504, 324 My wife has filed the case in Police Station.

My wife has filed the case in Police Station with above sections. She had ran from home and wanted to marry me. I spent all the amount and got married to her. now she has gotten hurt by herself and have filed the case against me and my family. what can be done. please help.

Dear Sir, It is unfortunate that your wife misusing the law and lodged complaint by causing self injuries. It is very difficult to save you unless immediately approach the Court and get anticipatory bail and also approach High Court for quashing such false FIR. You may take immediate action otherwise there are chances of arrest.
