Section 125 CrPC Suit is filed by the wife and after the suit is filed, its information is given by the court to the husband and if the husband does not appear after serving the notice or summons etc., then the suit is dismissed by the court ex parte. The proceedings are forwarded and ex parte onlyEvidence is taken The status you are showing on mobile means that the wife has to give her evidence in support of her case because ex-parte proceedings are going on against you
