Interstate divorce case transfer . from Kerala to Bngalore

The divorce case is pending in the family court at Ettumanoor ,Kottayam, Kerala since November 2019. Due to various reasons we have decided to transfer the case to Bangalore with immediate effect. So we need the help of a lawyer, the lawyer must be capable of filing this transfer case in the Supreme Court.

Usually transfer of matrimonial cases from one state to another are allowed by Supreme Court on proper grounds especially upo the convenience of female sponse. whether the case has already progressed to some stage will also be relevant.
