Interim stay and. Transfer of cssr from mumbai to pune

InitiallyBombay high court applied stay for my Nullity case at Bandra court as my wife file appeal for transfer of case to pune. But inspite order from high court the order is not reached at bandra family court even after 6 months for transfer nor stay is removed Pls sdvise

If the stay is vacated with the orders passed by the honourable high court then the lower court is bound to proceed with the case. Yes, the high court order has to reach the lower court to take effect. You may ask your high court counsel to get it done or you may tell him to..
