Interim maintenance rejected - hindu marriage act section 36

Hello, I am currently working..but my job is unstable and education low..my husband is usa is well earning, qualified, stable..I submitted all my proofs in assets/liability..but I think he has not shared his latest correct info..hence application is not in my favor by hindu marriage act sec 36..pls help with suggestion..

Dear queriest as per your query even though if he had not shared the latest correct information, try to get that information through some source or make an application for the same before the court to get his current status before the court through court order itself. for more information about the same kindly call me.

Well, you have to hire a spy to gather his income details or you can seek Directions from the Court to order his Employer to verify the income details submitted by your hubby or you can file a RTI to seek his correct income details if he is a Government Servant.
