Interim maintenance order in DV


25-Feb-2024 (In Divorce Law)
On 17th Feb court order me of interim maintenance as well as interim residense total 9000 from date of application 2 years but my salary is 26000 I also submitted my mother's medical reports and medical bills and surgery cost.

You can further make a proceeding in sec125crpc for maintenance separately. Even in that proceedings You can be granted some amount which may be sufficient unless the final order for maintenance and DV is passed.
