Interim maintenance and mode of payment questions

I am paying interim maintanence but every month I have to go to court to pay the amount in cash. Can I be provided with bank account number to make the payment. Not providing any account number for the payment.

yes it can be done, it is very easy you need to make an application before court and seek for account details which shall be provided to you over an order if your lawyer is not guiding you properly just inform me

depends on the lawyer how he pleads... more over you have to discuss with your lawyer that at what stage the case is pending and what are your problems to pay in cash. kindly consult with a lawyer who is well adapted to maintenance cases.
