INTERIM MAINTANCE HMA vs DV maintance

If court order interim maintance u/s 24 of HMA and maintance case under DV act is going on (arguments), should we wait and not interim maintance and wait for permanent maintance under DV act.As our lawyer is saying there is chance husband we take of divorce as he filled and you will not get any maintance? Is this true?nOr should go with execution petition for interim maintance?nDoes DV maintance arguments go with interim maintance payment parallel?

what is your exact query? because whatever you've written is not exactly clear and is explained in a very haphazard manner. for what are you planning to file an execution petition for? and if you already have an advocate I'm sure he must have explained it to you as to how things should go about. for further queries please feel free to contact
