Interim Maintainence and alimony

I am married for 2 years. My wife left my house 7 months back. Her father was blackmailing us for filing false cases against me. I had filed conjugal of civic rights case . Post which they have filed for Dowry case and Domestic violence case against my me, my mother and my sister.She is working and we dont have kids. She has asked for 40k per month till my death and 46lakhs . Police initial investigation report was in my favor but now court has ordered FIR. I want to know if I have to pay any maintence or alimony to her?
