my name is riya and married. my husband was married and divorce before our marriage. but Intentionally hiding a previous marriage before our marriage. what legal action i can take. and i also want divorce for some reason.

Namaste, You can sent him a legal notice for divorce and then file case against him for divorce. For what reason or ground you want divorce from your husband? If your husband also want divorce from you then you can file divorce case also. From which date you and your huyare living seperately? on which date you and your husband were getting married?
