Yes , that's a wise advice not to leave husband for small petty things , yes if your husband is with you , you have remedy under domestic violence act to act against in laws and seek for separate residence with husband ,

Try for conciliation through elders and well wishers if that fails go to u r parents house and file for Restitution of conjugal rights and tell in the petition that the sole reason for separation is your in laws and things should fall in place.

your at liberty to suitable legal action against anybody whoever he may be. you should not tolerate any kind of illegal treatment by any in laws you can file criminal case against your husband or against in laws, before that you should think of your future and your kids if any. better to approach any advocate who are near by you

My husband is not treating me well and my in laws are provoking my husband to leave me and harass me. Do I any legal remedy to take any action against my innlaws and stay with my husband. I dont want to give divorce to my husband.

Certainly yes, there is a system called Mahila Sahayavani in the police commissioners office, they will mediate and give a solution to it, failing which we may issue a notice to the parties then also if they do not consider we may have to file a case of harassment against them.
