inlaws and husband mistreated, mental torture

arrange mrg. inlaws nvr treated me good from initial days of mrg.husband nvr supportd me.We did a grand wedding & husband lives abroad on PR.when he was in India,he mistreatd & in laws mentaly tortured me.Once he left for abroad,from there he said that wedding was not good & stopped talking.they came to our house & insulted my parents,dowry expectation not fulfilled.from 3 months at my parents home.i only call them.evn if boy talks,he just insults.tried to adjust a lot.suicide thoughts.pls help

Please calm down, don't take such extreme steps. You can police complain under section2,3, 4 and section 12 of the dowry prohibition. Also under section 498a which is cruelty against husband and his family. For further clarification and counseling, please feel free to reach me.

Hello Sir/Mam There are several Legal remedies for your problem. You can File Divorce Under HMA as if you want separation as well as you can File complaint for dowry in Nearest Women police station.
