info on removing 498a and 420 case after getting mutual consent divorc

My wife had filed 498a,420 case on me and my family members. MOU was written and the matter was settled and we both had approached for mutual consent divorce and divorce order was passed by the court 3 months ago and the . Now my wife is not ready to come to other court to remove the 498a case pending in other court. The court was conducting trails and had asked all my family to attend for next hearing. I had showed the divorce copy but no use. Can you please advice how should i proceed further.

hi you could file quash petition to quash the charge sheet as it is based on all false allegations and material available and what is the stage of the case now and what stage is the case now and tyou could file dispense pstition to exempt you from appearance
