Found my husband is cheating(has a child with other girl) Can I get a bond signed from my husband and that girl as they won’t contact each other also with other requests and if they break the bond can I appear in court against them by law with the signed bond as proof?

The child with the other girl legally entitled to make claims from the biological father. Executing any form of bond will be useless and it will go against your husband. Adultery can only be used to seek divorce.
